AS,

IMHO, oil is what gives the Arabs leverage over the West, especially, America. The Europeans are willing to work with others, but our Government seems to enjoy dictating to others.

I say the Saudis are putting the squeeze on us presently saying they do not have excess capacity to keep the price of oil from rising further.

There are so many ways to retaliate against belligerence and arrogance.

Bush brings out the worst in people.
