The Jurevicius long run was the LB responsibility (Barry Gardner). Blaine Bishop also blew the angle to keep the gain under 15-20 yards. Bishop won't be back this season.

So your comment about the secondary costing us a Super Bowl was out of line. Do your homework for a change?

The only major breakdown in the secondary during the TB game was the Harris coverage on Keyshawn.

The bottom line was the Eagles offense cost us the game not the "D".

BTW, the Eagles will still have the best secondary in the NFL in 2003. Hopefully Andy Reid gets his head out of his ass and drafts or signs a MLB, TE, WR and DL. They need help or upgrade at all of these positions. I think Hugh Douglas is as good as gone. KC will offer Hugh a sweet deal and the Eagles will bid him a fond adieu
