David Re...The point being that we were hearing the same BS at the same point in time before the Gulf War. It is entirely possible, if not likely, these countries will all come on board. While the French do seem more unreasonable than in the past, I honestly can't remember whether the rhetoric matched the current garbage or not.

Frankly, I think the dehumanizing process currently being done in the UN shouldn't have to be done by your worst enemy. The process has lost all civility, and all reason for its existence. It needs to be reformed, or it should die a quick death; before the stench coming out of the UN exceeds the smell of death.
