Saw tonight that Saddam said he would stop "cooperating" if the US ...did or didn't do whatever he wanted. If he was cooperating, he would have done it 12 years ago, and we would have proof of exactly where all the WMD are....

In 1994, the UN had 6,000 "inspectors"
In 2003, the UN has 200 "inspectors-should be called varifiers"

Saddam has given thousands of pieces of useless papers.

And he is "cooperating".... Right.
