Congratulations on turning up this gem. Tyler mentioned that the BAE group would probably be the first to start ringing in profits for the company. It looks like this is the first indication of how right he was. If STM might be in production within two years. This one would probably be up and running sooner. Cost reimbursement, no fee what do these terms mean? Do we get any revenues for building this edifice? Do we get the structure once it is completed? How does this work exactly? While $46 million seems like a lot to me in the big world of chip manufacture it is quite small, also the article talks of this as a prototype facility, which indicates a preliminary design pending further scaling up. Very interesting.
