I'm not bright enough to understand what that means. I apologize for being a stupid, ungifted American but I do support our President in his efforts. I know not everyone feels the same way but I think both we and the UN have given Saddam plenty of time to sort things out and comply. He has elected not to which comes with a price. I'd rather he step aside but so far nobody has been able to convince him
