its not very good for foreign relations, nor is it good diplomacy to call people names. Its not good manners, etiquettes, business sense either.... It doesn't resolve issues. It does more harm - doesn't do any good. Its not a good way to negotiate with a competitor, else all CEOs would be calling each other 'evil' and 'pygmy' to prove their points. All politicians would be doing the same to each other.... Its not done on individual levels without repercussions. It shouldn't be done on political levels without expecting repurcussions. Its useless slander, and just because someone else does it, it doesn't mean we demean ourselves to their level... The question then is - why do it? Did that make him feel better? And what of the results? Do unto others...and all that sh*t, y'know! JMHO...of course.
