I trade QQQ options, however I am inclined to trade the underlying QQQ stock or futures if I cannot find a better method of predicting what an option will be worth at an anticipated value for the QQQ. Every morning before market opening I have specific levels at which I would like to enter orders to buy or sell the QQQ, thereby avoiding watching the tape throughout the day. I have trouble translating these QQQ prices into a defined price for the option I am currently trading. I usually trade next months option although I may be trading the current months option. I am now trading March $25 puts. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
