No, you misunderstand (again). I'm not saying any Loyal Longs said to themselves today, "ooh, THV's in trouble, I better sell REFR." No, I would hardly expect THAT level of advanced thought process.
Rather, I'm thinking more like this: THV says to themselves, "oh dear, we didn't need that ruling against us. Now where are we going to get a half million dollars from? Say, by any chance do we own any stock that we might be able to sell?"
