Private Placement Closed Monday March 3, 2:22 pm ET VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Tenke Mining Corp. (the "Company") reports that it has completed the previously announced private placement of 4 million shares in the capital stock of the Company at a price of Cdn $1.35 per share for gross proceeds of Cdn $5.4 million.
