We're not talking Clinton here. We're talking Bush. The 'HE' i meant was Bush, of course. I wasn't really in US or into US politics during clinton times...I am an alien. Not supposed to be biased....and wasn't, but of recent, I have been totally taken in by Bush's silliness...<g> And one bad deed by someone in the past isn't an excuse, or justification for subsequent bad deeds, is it?
