Alex, please help me to understand your advice as well as make any case you can to invest in this company. I have also followed FATS and almost bought several times but never did, a friend of mime who is a mutual fund manager loves this company. However:

<The only thing that has changed is the timing(??) of the Army and National Guard contracts. The Army will announce the contract sometime in the next probably nine months, and when that happens the National Guard will come aboard as well.>

It would seem to me fats management had a different view what do you base your statements on?? Any info would be welcomed.
