BELLEVUE, Wash.—T-Mobile USA Inc. and Intel Corp. reported an agreement to launch a joint marketing campaign to promote T-Mobile’s HotSpot Wi-Fi high-speed wireless Internet service that will coincide with the launch of Intel’s Centrino mobile chip with built-in wireless capability.

The companies said the marketing campaign will target areas where notebook users can wirelessly connect to the Internet and corporate networks including airports, airport lounges, book stores and coffee houses and will include co-branded signage for T-Mobile’s HotSpot locations.

T-Mobile also introduced new monthly pricing plans for its Wi-Fi-based service allowing customers unlimited access for $30 per month if they sign up for an annual agreement.
