NEW YORK (CBS.MW) - Sam Waksal, the former CEO of biotech company ImClone Systems, pled guilty on Monday to charges that he evaded $1.2 million in sales taxes for artwork he bought over a two-year period.








Waksal, who is already looking at jail time for his role in an insider trading scandal, pled guilty to one count of conspiracy and one count of wire fraud for trying to avoid paying $1.2 million in sales taxes for more than $15 million worth of artwork he bought during the period of 2000-2001......
