Religion does not always mean "not Love of God"
True Religion, based upon His precious word is to Love God.
Deuteronomy 6:5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
Matthew 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
Also for those who hate the Old Testament...
Leviticus 19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.
Matthew 22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Religion based upon the thinking and traditions of man is to hate God and His word.
Those who form their belief and "religion" upon His word do well.
John 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
John 8:31 ¶ Jesus therefore said to those Jews that had believed him, If ye abide in my word, then are ye truly my disciples;
32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
It is true freedom to be set free from the 'doctrines and commandments'
of mere men and man made churches and to be free
to accept Jesus Christ at His word as reveal within the scriptures.
True religion - VRS - false religion
Not religion - VRS - Love
Abel and Cain were both religious -but one was right.
As for the Mars Bar...
