Hi Steve: Who can reasonably predict when the business with Iraq will end, and how the Korean problem(s) will be dealt with? Moreover, no optimism until both of those issues are resolved...simply see what is happening with consumers. I am amazed that home building has stood up so well ( despite the interest rates ), and can only cringe when I think of where we would be if and when such building ceases.

So....take your profit, put the money into the bank, and wait.
