Just my opinion but I do not think the road to world recovery is quite as straight forward as you make out.
American debt aside cheap oil is no guarentee to economic recovery as nailing bin laden is no guarentee to ending terrorism.Just yesterday in italy the red brigade was involved in a shootout on a passenger train during a routine document controll. That is twenty years after they were thought to have disbanded.Dormant cells operating over the long term are a real risk.the red brigade seems to be short of money,I am not so sure about the arab terrorists.last week in england an bank account was closed due to links to terrorists.it had 23 pounds in it.it seems that at one time it had 23 million.
