<big news about AIDS in Africa> That info is not credible. If injections were the primary cause, then the epidemic would have different demographics, it would be concentrated among children. New infections are concentrated among the sexually active population. Only if needles are re-used without proper cleaning, after being used on an infected person, are they a vector. The amount of misinformation, the seemingly deliberate spreading of paranoia, is amazing, on the topic of AIDS. Articles like this serve, in effect, to sabotage efforts at behavior change (changing sexual practices), which is the only thing that can stop the demographic catastrophe engulfing Africa.
