The Republicans didn't make hay out of Clinton's suppossed rape charge because of the "Statute of limitations"??? Why would that stop them from impeaching him on the charge? Did you know that the Statute of limitations doesn't pertain to some major crimes, like murder. I'm sure rape is one of them as well. Statute of limitations is mainly for misdemenors and minor felonies. Before you start calling me ignorant, do a little research. My father was a judge and lawyer.
