Franklin is on a roll. 7 Books from 1986-94.
1995: 4 Books
1996: 2 Books so far, 2 more scheduled for release.

Interesting side note: Paulette Bourgeois, Franklins
creator, was watching TV in 1985 and thinking of
a childrens character that hadnt been invented already.
She turned on a M*A*S*H episode where Hawkeye Pierce said
"I'm so clautrophobic, if I were a turtle I'd be scared to
go inside my shell..."

She then wrote "Franklin in the Dark" in 1986, which became a
big hit.

10 years later, little old Sanctuary Woods is now on the cutting
edge of the commercialization of the classroom, and the turtle
and the NFL might be in the right place at the right time.

Following Scholastics "unprecedented" multi-tiered marketing
and cross-promotional campaign for "Goosebumps" announced
July 10(featuring Pepsi, Taco Bell, Frito Lay and Hersheys),
it appears Charlotte Walker(CEO) put SW on the right track
in focusing on Kids Software, where SW can ride the back of
marketing giants like Scholastic and NFL for BIG Profits!!!

Can anyone even picture Pepsi promoting "Buried in Time"?

Up until a few weeks ago, I thought SW was going for the slow
nickel with education titles, now it looks like they may get
the FAST BUCK!
