Sergio,

I listened to the CC for AIQ. With their current guidance you would guess between .60-.75/share for the year. The problem being they still have $577M in debt they are dealing with. They plan to retire another 40M this year. The weather on the east coast has been a problem in the first two months. Either they couldn't get to the places they needed to be or when they got there people did not show. As you pointed out they are owned by KKR. The most sense for them would be to take it private again but they are going to pay as little as possible if they did it. I have to say I hope they bounce and we take our profits. I am afraid other analysts will downgrade them just because they lowered guidance. Being as highly leveraged as they are I am guessing they will sell at a low PE.

Joe
