Thanks, Steve! I'd read thru the IT thread as well - I think I was discouraged by the problems the RT beta testers are having. I don't need sophistication, but haven't the knowledge or inclination to fool around with "bugs," either. I hope the new servers and the "official" RT release improve things! Any ideas about end-of-day? I tried to determine if DBC offered that, but their web site seems to focus on real-time. Maybe Chuck can field that one... Thanks again! Bev
