No, they loved the Republican Congress holding the barbarians at the gates when they wouldn't let Clinton spend his tax increases. Those increases, against Clinton's will, balanced the budget. As you may forget, he only sought a balanced budget after being forced to do so. Then he hyped a bunch of rosey revenue projections, and we all know where that went. ~SB~
