No, that judgement is made prior to intercourse. Once that decision is made, and if there is conception, then the rights of the procreators are limited by the prevailing right to life of the unborn. Your argument assumes that people can't be held accountable. It also assumes that all unwanted children are always aborted-- hardly the case. ~SB~
