Dick Armey said in 1993 that Clinton's economic policies including some tax hikes would ruin the economy and he would take no blame. Armey was red-faced 7 years later when Clinton's policies gave us the greatest growth in modern US history. Dont tell me the GOP congress helped out in the 90's. They were against everything economic that worked. When Bush came in he tried to fix what wasn't broken. he failed miserably.
