Look at the 1998 date on this....(and BTW...hopefully you will do some research on that professor at the U of Ill....and hopefully, so will the FBI!!)

I did find this... he is mentioned in the entire link...but of course, this was during the LAST ADMINISTRATION!!! Anything sound even a bit familiar?????
