seattlepi.nwsource.com hey letterman: Ya didn't miss too much with the Charlie Rose Show interviews...I had it on in the background while I was on the phone with a friend...The LA Times Writer had some interesting comments on our President and how he doesn't like to compromise -- he likes to move ahead with bold and aggressive ideas that are often shaped by the neoconservatives...The other guy Charlie Rose talked to was a regular contributor to the very conservative Weekly Standard and he feels that war with Iraq is inevitable and we should be spending MORE on the military...hmmm...somehow I think there's a better way to solve some of the problems around the world. -s2
