I did this ork a while back for an old file. believe I used either the export funtion and then opened it in Excel using the conversion thing available when you open a text file, or (and I think this may be how I did it) I printed to a file and then opened it the same way as in the first case. Remember to save it as an excel file when you start getting numbers <g>, main thing is choosing a field seperator (sp?) which might have been a comma. tim
