Since the original post that started all this said 10%, unless you are advocating DOW 5000 or 500, I am not. Actually, last December I mentioned the possibility of forming and inverted H&S and it would take a close in the lower 7000 region to complete the right shoulder. If we move up from there, it could get quite interesting!!!
