Go to EDGAR and check out the 8K/A filed by DHSM on I believe 7/2/97 regarding the impact of the DIAM purchases. The 2 buys would have increased DHSM's net income substantially in 1996. Could be why the DHSM stock has been doing well last couple of weeks.

Also gives some visibility on the gain from the sales to be shown by PMDX in Q2 - (in rough terms):

25M - 7.6M debt assumed - 9M prop and equip - 2M goodwill x 70% divided by 38M shs out = 12 cents ( I didn't realize there was so much equipment.)

Important thing going forward is that there is 25M less debt around the company's neck. Their centers are very valuable.
