Retired: physical gold ALWAYS is the leader in genuine, sustainable PoG gold bull markets. I was around for the last one in late 70s early 80s and played it for all I was worth. Study of history prior to 1970/80s supports this utterance as well In fact,my very first index trade was for (gold) XAU and I made 9pts per contract in one day...thought I was catching fish in a barrel<grin> So, your argument that PoG movement is temporary is to underestimate its relativity to the gold equities. I did like your Bre-X/Map/Broker story, tho'...too true, eh?!!!<g> gold & platinum_tutor
