kumar - I am really not going to go into whether or not Guantanamo prisoners are POWs. I posted the opinion of International Committee of Jurists, who clearly disagree with you and Bush on the issue. These guys know the law better than you and me. And they are saying Bush is "incorrect" in law.

All I know is that the Convention says that in case of doubt, there needs to be a competent tribunal to determine the POW status, and until then, the prisoners are to enjoy POW status.

There is obviously doubt. So where is the tribunal?
