MLNM might have made a more interesting fit ? The ceo could then use whatever settlement he arrived at on his contract to buy some DNDN in the open market. The MLNM stockprice would be a great deal less likely to take the dive that DNDN took on the announcement, so a deal closer to net cash could have been done.
