Runes, Good points. If the UN and the world would go along with surrounding the capital and freeing the countryside, then I would say it would be worth a try. Personally, I think that most of the reason that France, Russia and China object to the war is that it breaks the oil deals they made with Saddam. Therefore, I believe, they wouldn't go along with the idea.
