Why would all the African countries are at the bottom? Diet, poverty, aids. You see mal-nutrition and sickness in the young stunts the development of the mind. Having no care givers would reduce care and early childhood stimulus that also may be a contributing factor. One my wonder at what stunted your minds ability to not ask what reason could explain that the data is maybe correct.
