And you underscore the problem I have with your analysis nicely. You take one number in isolation, out-of-context, and draw conclusions from it because it supports your thesis.

Yes, I would like them to stand trial for "breaking their fiduciary relationship" to the Intel stockholders. To me and many others, it is clear that they are plundering the store for their own personal gain...

So who are these "many others", and if you believe so, why haven't you instituted legal action as a concerned shareholder? ...or gone to the FTC/SEC as a "whistleblower"? Put your money where your mouth is.
