NextWave can utterly disrupt the US market.

They have nothing to compete.

And your points are well spoken.

NextWave resolves carriers' concerns.

Though carriers may not be first on the NextWave wagon.

I think Seybold is correct - look to ISPs and major corporations as first movers.
