It has nothing to do with freedom of expression or freedom of speech. It has nothing to do with being harassed. I guarantee you , this guy wanted to be arrested, he wanted the attention. It doesn't? That's news to me. It has everything to do with freedom of expression and freedom of speech. What if I showed up at the same mall with a peace tee-shirt and attempted to eat lunch? I think I should be FREE to do so, as long as I'm not bothering other customers. How do you know this guy wanted to be arrested or create a disturbance to further his views on the war? He was just sitting there eating lunch. Not bothering anyone. Hardly the actions of an activist looking to be arrested and make a statement. He was engaging in normal every day human behavior and was harassed because of the shirt he was wearing. Why do conservatives always defend the police state? You guys don't really believe in free speech after all? Huh?
