Careful, careful. SGA Goldstar played a major role in the largest internet stock fraud case uncovered to date. I refer to the Systems of Excellence debacle. SGA was paid to hype the stock. At the same time the tweo principals were trading the stock they recieved in payment for their services, for their own accounts. SEXI was only one of about ten such stocks they made with other companies. I personally would not put any faith in anything published herein.

GST Telecom is a very interesting situation but it is overloaded with debt and as a result profits will not appear for a long time. This is true in any situation where a necomer is trying to break into the local, long distance or specialty telecommunications market.

To me the most interesting facet of GST is their ownership of 60% of the common stock of NACT.

P.S. The SEC is still pursuing the SGA. In a recent motion for a declaratory judgement filed in the Federal Court in D.C. the trading in SEXI stock by Shannon and Melchor are clearly shown.
