Bubba,
You've lost me....what technicals and divergent factors are you looking at. The stock just broke above the 50 day and 200 day moving average, and anyone would tell you that is a bullish sign. You might need to get yourself a new TA book.....Of all stocks with at least 5 analyst following the stock,VERS has the second highest rating of those followed by First Call. Why is your TA showing all this negative and dastardly things when these analyst have a whole different take on the TA for the stock.

Bubba....again I ask why you bothered to post insider sales from 2002 and then try to make them appear as of late....
