Note that maps of the Camp David discussions have been essentially blacked out from American media coverage. The reason is that one look at the maps reveals how insulting those discussions were to Palestinians. It is a humiliating demand for surrender!" gush-shalom.org By the way, an American friend of mine went from the Palestinian West Bank into Jordan. He was charged $35.00 for leaving the West Bank!
