Well, most of my taxes never leave town and few have any problems with neither those never leaving nor those leave to go to less local issues. Some differences to more centralized systems, taxes going to Washington and who knows what happens then, might be that - we actually get something for our taxes - most people know what they get - its kind of right under everybodies eyes
