Every country in the world is more or less socialist including ours. The right-wing has managed to tar socialism as a bad thing. In fact, every public service we have is socialist, except maybe the military. Socialism is just another name for "government run".>>
Have you researched our current tax code and have you examined constitutional authenticity of it's administration??

We don't live in a democracy American Spirit!! Our constitution is NOT a democracy. This country was formed as a Constitutional Republic where ONE man armed with the truth is a majority!! Democracy is mob rule - where the truth is seconddary and 51% enslave the other 49%.
Our constitution is what strickly limits what government at ALL levels can and cannot do in order to protect our rights, property and freedoms so we can all more freely receive and share the eternal blessing of liberty which originate from our creator.
Mankind's Laws have nothing to do with this crap! If you're here trying to argue the validity of mankind's laws on the basis that this is the way other country's "do it" then you are falling into political, economic, religious and moral quicksand.
Individuals were created sovereign by a benevolent creator who made us in his image. As sovereigns we STAND ON AND ABOVE MANKIND'S laws. This sovereign status is grounded in the Ten Commandments and the Golden Rule - ie. love your god with all your mind, heart and soul and love your neighbor more than you love yourself.
The divine providence and order is really very simple, elegant and powerful.
The Constitution is not what gives and protects our rights and freedoms. It's what strickly LIMITS the powers received from We The People to a proscribed-delegated outline which covers the local, state and federal level. The Constitution creates a jurisdiction under which our state, local and federal governments fall under - which is UNDER We The People.
