If you are not in the fold, you are in the cold. I agree with you Carl; it is truly amazing that upper level execs have the rank and file conned in to thinking that the upper level execs' excessive stock option compensation, which reduces earnings for all shareholders, is in the average shareholder's or average employee's best interest.
