<prior to the melt down>

What melt down? You never have gotten the facts straight on my history with SJD. I've answered your questions in the past directly, but you seem to ignore my statements and insert your own version of it. I'd ask you now to stop doing that.

I never lost a dime in SJD, and actually ended up making money when it ran up on one of his internet schemes. So this isn't soar grapes. To be truthful I've felt a heck of a lot better towards stocks and companies I've owned that I actually lost money in. The final straw was an attempt to conduct a PP well below the market when the cash level per share WAS ALREADY WELL ABOVE THE TRADED PRICES. As you may recall, SJD was once a net net (selling well below cash per share). They were also flush with money, and doing nothing. Now I ask you a simple question. If I had a company trading around 55 cents, that had 70 cent a share in cash, and attempted to conduct a PP at 45 cents that I took (along with my other insiders), how would you view that? The PP was eventually cancelled, possibly by the exchange (I raised a fit with them). I don't know and didn't care as by then I had voted with my feet.
