No, none of that was in the story I saw. It would at least rationalize the behavior of mall security. In the actual story, though, one of the men took his shirt off when asked, even if the other was recalcitrant. Does that sound like the action of someone determined to make trouble? Also, it was not a protest, it was a guy and his son strolling around with message t- shirts. Did security observe a disturbance or confrontation? Or did it jump the gun? It still does not sound kosher to me.....
