Reagan created a bubble too, Remember the S+L frenzy/debacle. Taxpayers were the ones who got screwed on that one. And it was intentional. Clinton had nothing to do with the internet bubble. That was a private sector phenomen. S+L bubble was created by Reagan's deregulation, the Garnes-St Germaine Act. So Clinton and reagan are known as the best economic presidents of our time. I guess presdients need a bubble.
