Halliburton says that radioactive material was stolen (HAL) 20.00: The Wall Street Journal reports that HAL says an oil-field device that contains radioactive material was stolen in early Dec from its operations in Nigeria; Atomic-watchdog officials are concerned that the material could be used to create a dirty bomb.
