Michael Capellas left HPQ with a $26 million severance package. His entire term, including Compaq was less than 5 years. I'm sure Wise will leave EP with his pockets full after presiding over the near destruction of the company. This sort of thing has gone on for so long that few pay any attention to it. And now, Wall Street firms are wondering why there is no volume, and why so few people want to buy stocks.
