What are you smoking? You are kidding here or presenting a scenario that could work in theory but is not possible by any stretch of the imagination? Perhaps iraq should be 52nd state? When bush retires he could do a clinton, move to the new state of iraq and perhaps, given all his oil experience, run for governor one day. Or maybe the twins could be co-governors. mike
